These insulators are manufactured using compression moulding and are composed of polyester material reinforced with fiberglass (BMC RF 3/20), ensuring durability and compliance with industry standards. For enhanced customization, we offer additional options upon request, including stainless steel inserts, female inserts in inches, and one or two securely mounted 'AM' male mounts. This flexibility allows for adaptation to various installation requirements. Our standoff insulators hold UL certifications under File Nr. E502533 (category QEUY2/8) for use in applications below 1000V and File Nr. E502534 (category DLAR2/8) for high-voltage applications exceeding 1000V. They have also been rigorously tested for short-circuit withstand strength in accordance with EN 61439-2, making them suitable for demanding industrial and electrical environments.
