Description

The P Series Shaft-Mounted Gearbox is designed to optimize space footprint while providing high efficiency, making it suitable for various industrial applications. Available in six sizes with a single reduction stage and six sizes with two reduction stages, these gearboxes are engineered for versatility and reliability. They offer power up to 90.2 kW with a torque range of 170 - 4480 Nm, ensuring robust performance. Constructed with a single lubrication chamber for improved heat dissipation, the gearbox housing is made of engineering cast iron with internal and external ribbing for added rigidity. The helical spur gears are manufactured using 16CrNi4, 18NiCrMo5, or 20MnCr5 UNI EN 10084 quench-hardened and case-hardened steel, ensuring durability and silent operation. For enhanced adaptability, the gearbox comes with two input options: a projecting input shaft and a compact motor coupling for IEC flanged electric motors. Various mounting options, including a tensioner, torque arm, or backstop device, make installation seamless across different setups. Additional accessories like output flanges, hollow shaft protection kits, and shrink disc mounting kits further enhance flexibility.
