Description
This Harmony RE17R timing relay can be set between 0.1 seconds and 100 hours, has an output rating of 8A, is 17.5mm wide and can be supplied with 12V to 240V AC/DC. It also has 1 changeover contact SPDT (single pole double throw). It has one of market slimmest form-factors, allowing for a flexible and easy installation on DIN rail, using the same space as any modular 1-pole DIN device. It also offers a sealable cover, simple and precise settings with rotary trimmers. Multi function timer for a simple integration in hard-wired logic schematics, ideal for refurbishment of old installations without using a PLC.

The timing period T begins on energisation. After timing, the output(s) R close(s). The second output can be either timed or instantaneous.

After energisation of power supply and energization of Y1 causes the timing period T to start.
At the end of this timing period, the output(s) R close(s).
When deenergization of Y1, the timing T starts.
At the end of this timing period T,the output(s) R revert(s) to its/their initial position.
The second output (R2) can be either timed (when set to "TIMED") or instantaneous (when set to "INST").

After power-up, the first opening of control contact C starts the timing. Timing can be interrupted each time control contact closes. When the cumulative total of time periods elapsed reaches the pre-set value T, the output relay closes.

After power-up, pulsing or maintaining control contact C starts the timing T. The output R closes for the duration of the timing period T then reverts to its initial state.
