Description

These butterfly valves are specifically designed for intercepting powdered products in various industrial applications. Available in sizes ranging from DN100 to DN400, they feature two cast aluminum half-bodies with identical upper and lower flanges, ensuring ease of installation. The valves are compatible with SFU flexible connection fittings and offer a pressure/vacuum seal up to 0.2 bar for reliable operation. The disc is available in aluminum or stainless steel AISI 304, with an optional upgrade to AISI 316 for enhanced corrosion resistance. The gasket options include NBR (food-contact compliant upon request), HNBR Therban, and Viton, with profiles that can seal only on the disc or cover the flanges. For drive mechanisms, the valves support both DN5482 splined and ISO 5211 square drive shafts, available in standard or extended lengths. An ATEX-certified version can be provided upon request, ensuring safe use in explosive environments. The valves can be manually operated or equipped with motorized or pneumatic actuators, offering versatility for various process control needs.
